Booking Policy
Please make ensure you fully understand the booking policy. At the time of booking, you agree to comply with everything outlined below.
Booking
At the time of booking, once approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24hrs to hold your date and time. Appointments made without a deposit may not be honoured and are subject to cancellation. Your session is not confirmed until the 50% retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographer's discretion. If I need to reschedule, I will contact you within 24hrs of said reserved session date; otherwise I will forfeit the transfer of my retainer for a new session date.
All prices are in USD.
Late fee
In the even that you are more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled session, a $20.00 late fee charge will be added to the final bill.
Payment
Sessions must be paid in full before the day of the shoot, or immediately upon arrival. If sessions are not paid in full, the photographer reserves the right to cancel and deposits made by the client will be forfeited to the photographer. Payments can be done via CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or cash. Checks are not accepted.
Cancellations
If you are unable to make your photo session, all deposits made will act as a cancellation fee. An advance notice of 48hrs is required to credit the deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations.

If Through Ren's Lens Photography cannot perform this contract due to fire or another casualty, strike, the Act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographer's illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability concerning the contract. This also applies if photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through the camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damages without fault on the part of the photographer.
Copyright
As a client of Through Ren's Lens, you acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Through Ren's Lens Photography are protected by federal copyright laws. It is illegal to scan, copy, print, or reproduce without the photographer's permission.
By choosing to book and paying your deposit, you are agreeing to honour the policies outlined above.
